Welcome to Ride with Dimitris Transfers. By using this website and booking a transfer, you accept the following terms.

1. The service

We provide private chauffeur-driven passenger transfers within Santorini (airport, port, hotels, villages, tours), by arrangement.

2. Bookings & confirmation

Requests are made via WhatsApp or phone. A booking is confirmed only when the driver personally confirms it. Prices shown on the website are indicative, per vehicle, and are finalised at the time of booking.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are per vehicle (not per person), with no hidden fees. Payment is by cash to the driver or as agreed.

4. Cancellations & changes

To cancel or change a booking, please contact us as early as possible. [EDIT-ME: add a specific cancellation policy if any]

5. Flight/ferry delays

We monitor arrival times; for confirmed pickups we wait at no extra charge within a reasonable period.

6. Passenger responsibilities

Provide accurate trip details, be on time at the pickup point, and request child seats in advance.

Vehicles are licensed & insured. We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to force majeure, traffic or weather beyond our control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law; the courts of Greece have jurisdiction.
